Yes, minimum order is for 4 people.
Orders are considered received only after our e-mail confirmation is sent back to the customer. Please call us if you have not received our mail of confirmation 4 hours after sending your order.
Delivery fee of €6,20 in Brussels (19 communes) and Zaventem area for orders above €100,00.
Delivery fee of €24,20 for all orders under €100,00.

Your orders are delivered weekdays between 11:00-13:00. We will always do our best to deliver on time and will always warn you if our driver is late.
Orders can be changed or cancelled at the latest 2 working days before delivery (if delivery is on a Monday, the cancellation has to be made at the latest by 13:00 the previous Thursday).
We do not accept orders on days of national strike or when big disruptions are announced as we cannot guarantee delivery. If necessary, on these occasions you can pick up your delivery from our production unit.
We will always do our utmost to accommodate last minute increases.
We will do our best to cater for your special needs but please be aware that our products are manufactured in a facility where all allergens might be present.

Yes, we always supply paper serviettes with your order.
Only on request. Non recovery of platters, cutlery, or any equipment will be charged.

Non-payment on due date will result in a 15% mark up on outstanding amount with a minimum of €50,00. Administrative charges of € 50,00 will be added per reminder. Interest of 1% per month, starting from the invoice date, with a minimum of €25,00 will also be due.
Any complaints should be sent exclusively by e-mail within 6 hours of delivery to mail@tamarindfoods.be.
