How do I place an order ?
New clients need to first open an account. Once the account is approved, orders can be sent exclusively at mail@tamarindfoods.be. |
When do I place my order ?
Orders must be placed at the latest by 12:00 for next day delivery. However, earlier notice is appreciated. |
Is my order confirmed ?
Orders are considered received only after our e-mail confirmation is sent back to the client. Please call us if you have not received our mail of confirmation 4 hours after sending your order. |
Is there a delivery fee ?
Delivery fee of €5.10 in Brussels (19 Communes) for orders above €100.00. Delivery fee of €20.00 for all orders under €100.00. |
Can I change or cancel my order ?
Orders can be changed or cancelled at the latest by 12:00 the previous day. Orders requiring equipment rental can be cancelled at not cost up to 4 working days before the event. |
Can I increase my order the same day ?
We will always do our utmost to accommodate last minute increases. |
Do you cater for special requests ?
We will do our utmost to cater for your special needs but please be aware that our products are manufactured in a facility where all allergens might be present. |
What are the applicable VAT rates ?
6% on food and beverages. 21% on delivery and accessories. |
Do you supply napkins ?
Yes. |
Do you supply cutlery and crockery ?
Only on request. |
What methods of payment are accepted ?
